Kristine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Salisbury State University and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College. She is a charter member of Delta Kappa, the Marriage and Family Therapy honor society at Converse.
Her clinical training was completed at WestGate Training and Consultation Network, in Spartanburg, SC (Now Emerge Family Therapy Center & Teaching Clinic). Kristine is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is a trained facilitator for thePREPARE/ENRICH curriculum. Kristine is a member of IS-ART, the International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy and a Certified BASIC ART Practitioner. Kristine works with pre-teen through adult ages, who struggle with a variety of clinical diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goals for therapy. Kristine's area of specialty focuses on individuals or couples who are facing separation or divorce and marriages that are in crisis. She also works with step families and prospective step families, and the issues surrounding this type of dynamic. She has been a DivorceCare facilitator for more than twenty years at her local church. Please call (864) 879-4388 to inquire about availability for new client appointments.
